1. Introduction

Welcome to Vasily39.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital vector files and laser cutting blueprints from our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Digital Products & Commercial License

All digital vector files sold on Vasily39.com are the intellectual property of Vasily39.
When you purchase a digital blueprint, you are granted a non-exclusive, lifetime commercial license to use the file to manufacture and sell physical products made on laser cutters and CNC machines.
Prohibited: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the original digital vector files (CDR, SVG, PDF, AI) in any form or on any marketplace.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is processed securely before instant digital download access is granted. We use certified PCI-compliant payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal) and do not store payment card information.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are dedicated to providing precision-tested vector files with kerf compensation. However, customers are responsible for verifying material thickness, focal length, and laser machine parameters before mass production.
