Thank you for shopping at Vasily39.com. Since our products are instant digital vector files (CDR, SVG, PDF, AI), all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. By purchasing a digital product from our website, you agree to our Refund and Returns Policy as outlined below.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

However, we understand that technical issues or accidental purchases can occur. If you experience any issues with your download or believe you made a purchase in error, please contact us at zhuravel.vasily@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
You purchased the wrong item and have not yet downloaded the archive.
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and our support team is unable to provide a working version.

File Support & Exchanges

If you encounter any problems opening or cutting a vector file, we are happy to assist you in resolving the issue, adjusting thickness parameters, or providing alternative vector exports. Please reach out to zhuravel.vasily@gmail.com with your order number.
